Static vs dynamic

Use static for simple downloads. Use dynamic for business campaigns.

A static QR is quick and free, but the destination cannot be changed. A dynamic QR keeps your printed campaign editable, measurable, and easier to manage after launch.

Static QR

Best for one-time use. The destination is encoded directly into the QR, so scans cannot be fully tracked and the link cannot be changed after export.

Dynamic QR

Best for printed campaigns. The QR points to a managed redirect, so you can edit the destination later and view scan analytics.

Printing this QR?

Choose Dynamic when the QR will appear on flyers, menus, packaging, signs, event badges, business cards, or paid ads.
